Last week slipped by, and with it, a handful of interesting tidbits. Out of the blue, a former Indie World title, Quilts and Cats of Calico, made its debut, and North America welcomed a new entry in the bullet hell genre with Dodonpachi Saidaioujou. A nod to nostalgia came in the form of Taito’s Warrior Blade joining the Archives roster this week.
Here I am, nestled in the middle of nowhere at my parents’ place for the holidays, and let’s just say the internet situation is less than stellar—making my usual gaming endeavors a bit of a hassle. Not to mention, there wasn’t even a single new release on the eShop that caught my eye, as Europe continues to remix games with hardly changed visuals (I vaguely recall North America getting one of them a few weeks back, but details are fuzzy).
