The Support Virtual Agent, powered by AI, is designed to help Xbox enthusiasts sort out their gaming support queries more efficiently. As of today, it’s available for select Xbox Insiders on support.xbox.com. This smart agent taps into a wealth of information from support.xbox.com to provide answers related to Xbox console and game support scenarios. If you’re an Xbox Insider residing in the U.S. and have English set as your preferred language, you can start exploring the Support Virtual Agent now by logging into support.xbox.com with your Xbox Insider registered account.
We’re eager to hear from Xbox Insiders as they experience this preview, since their feedback is key to enhancing the Support Virtual Agent. As you engage with the agent, you can share your thoughts by clicking the "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" button on the responses. Alternatively, you can provide feedback via the "Give feedback" option at the bottom of the page.
How to Use the Support Virtual Agent
From today onward, Xbox Insiders will notice the Support Virtual Agent on the "Contact us" page at support.xbox.com. Sign in using the account connected to your Xbox Insider Program, and you’ll discover a fresh option to pose questions to our new Support Virtual Agent.
Once you hit "Ask a question," the Support Virtual Agent will pop up in a new browser window. You can inquire using either text or voice, and the agent will provide relevant answers derived from support.xbox.com. If the agent is unable to resolve your issue, it’s possible to request a live support agent, provided it’s during Xbox Support’s regular operational hours.
During this preview, you’re also able to tailor your support interaction by clicking on the ellipsis menu icon and selecting between two distinct Support Virtual Agents.
